We advice shoppers to consult a health/medical practitioner before using any of the products.

We offer a 7-day return policy, in case of damaged, defective or different/wrong items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For products which are not damaged/defective/wrong, a return shipment fee of ₹100 will be charged.

Return Pickup Attempts:

  • Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.
  • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.
  • Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 7-days, and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. A return shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank/payment aggregator to process and post the refund too.

Recommendation

Some products like BCAAs, Pre-Workouts, Protein Powders and other dietary supplements are hygroscopic and they will tend to form lumps. Although the supplements are 100% safe to consume, we recommend shaking the product firmly to break down the lumps and dissolve in water.

Flavor availability

Flavor stock might fluctuate a bit. Some flavors may be in limited supply depending on demand — but don’t worry, we are working hard to keep your favorites restocked. The ones that are available will be as good as the ones you are after ;)
